2026 Season

Set up at the concerts.

Wood Park fills up on summer evenings. Families on blankets, kids running in the grass, neighbors driving in from across New York, Vermont, and Massachusetts. If you bring food, make something good, or run a community group, there is a spot for you on the lawn.

The 2026 vendor lineup is being put together now. Apply below and Kevin will be in touch to talk through the fit.

Who sets up at the concerts.

Four kinds of vendors. Pick the one that fits and Kevin will go from there.

  • Food vendors

    Food trucks, tents, and concession setups. Anything from sit-down meals to ice cream and lemonade. If you serve food, this is your category.

  • Craft and goods

    Handmade items, local makers, small batch goods. Jewelry, woodwork, candles, prints, anything you make and want to sell.

  • Nonprofit and community

    Local nonprofits, community groups, churches, and civic organizations. A spot to share what you do and connect with neighbors.

  • Sponsor tables

    Already a sponsor? A table on the lawn is a great way to put a face on your business. Talk to Kevin about pairing this with your sponsorship.
